Kia Motors Corporation has announced its global sales figures for compact cars, SUV's, and trucks has increased 41% for March 2010, recording a total of 177, 351 vehicles sold. North America Kia gained 23.6% increase. Also, in the first three months of 2010, Kia global sales increased 46.9% comparing with the same period in 2009. Kia Forte, Rio, and Sportage became the best sellers for Kia. It is clear that during the global financial crisis Kia is getting more customers by providing affordable quality vehicles for average consumers around the world. As of 2010 Kia Motors Corporation became one of the fastest growing automakers.
